Australia | RSL LifeCare welcomed the Australian Government's Federal Budget announcement this week, underscoring its solid commitment to bolstering Aged Care and Veterans' Services.

The Budget's allocation of $11.3 billion for a 15 percent wage increase for aged care workers is particularly significant. These dedicated workers represent a crucial pillar of our economy, serving the hundreds of thousands of Australians who depend on their care.

"The Government's financial commitments, as outlined in the Budget for Aged Care and Veteran's Services, re-emphasise the importance of funding in these areas. Along with my colleagues, I look forward to supporting and championing programs that will enhance the lives of thousands of Australians and aged care workers."

Operating across NSW and the ACT, RSL LifeCare delivers home care and operates retirement villages and aged care homes for over 9,500 clients and residents.
