The Board of Directors of RSL LifeCare Limited formally announces the resignation of Ewen Crouch AM from his position as Director and Chairman, effective immediately.

The Board extends its deepest gratitude Ewen Crouch for his exceptional leadership and significant contributions during his tenure as Chairman. His tenure has been marked by a transformative approach to governance, which has greatly enhanced the organisation’s framework. Under his guidance, RSL LifeCare has achieved remarkable milestones in financial stability and strategic clarity, setting new standards for excellence within the organisation.
