Masterton District Council Mayor Gary Caffell officially opened the facility, praising Arvida's commitment to providing quality retirement living in the region.

Arvida Chief Executive Jeremy Nicoll expressed his satisfaction with the new facility, noting that residents have already begun making full use of the vibrant space.
