What is your company background, how did you start the business?
At the heart of the Daily Good story is a locally owned company Red Shoots Ltd. The founders James and Rhona have been seeding the idea of Daily Good for many years alongside their partnership with Ranadi Organics, a Fiji farm owned by James’s family for three generations. Ranadi supply Red Shoots with nutrient-rich, organically certified ginger and turmeric for Daily Good Tonics.
What is the current product range and variants and how do these products stand out in the market?
Daily Good Tonics are a range of delicious infusions packed full of organic, superhero ingredients, sparked by a team of Kiwis working from their respective COVID bubbles. They are made from the most amazing organic turmeric and ginger from @ranadiorganics, a social enterprise promoting sustainable farming practices and supporting rural Fijian women.
Our tonics are different from others on the market as they have NO fillers (added juices), NO extracts and NO concentrates, plus they are very reasonably priced!
What are the plans for the business moving forward, is there any expansion on the horizon?
We are expanding globally with discussions with retailers in the US, UK, Japan, Australia, Singapore, China, and the UAE.
Where are your products currently available to buy, and are you looking at or wanting to expand your availability?
NZ-wide at most grocery and pharmacy retailers.
