A pop-up restaurant, Order Mistakes, is looking to combat the social negativity that surrounds degenerative conditions. The wait staff that work at Order Mistakes all suffer from some sort of degenerative disease which opens the conversation up to the public, as well. Through raising awareness, and providing an entertaining and engaging experience, Order Mistakes hopes to be able to instil empathy and understanding in those who had previously not had much to with degenerative conditions. It also hopes to give those living with these conditions proof that they can still play a functional role in society.
