Radius Care has elevated its portfolio, having acquired the business and assets of the Karori Village care home, as its strategic expansion continues.
Radius Residential Care Limited has entered into an agreement to acquire the business and assets of the Karori Village care home in Wellington for NZD 13.6 million.
The agreement is conditional only on usual regulatory approvals. Karori Village is a 90-bed care home providing hospital and dementia level care. The transaction further expands Radius Care’s national footprint and supports the delivery of high-quality aged care services across New Zealand.

Settlement is expected to take place in late May 2026, and the acquisition price will be funded through core debt facilities. The transaction will be immediately accretive to FY27 NPAT.
