Iconic Kiwi designer Dame Trelise Cooper has teamed up with Proper Crisps to create limited edition packaging for their new Himalayan Salt Crisps.
The snazzy new packaging reflects Cooper’s signature feminine style and brings some much-needed glamour to the snack industry, the bags have been designed in blush pink and Tiffany blue and are adorned with bold red hearts and gold foil detailing, just in time for Valentine’s Day. These crisps are perfect for residents to share with loved ones while also being loving to the environment by being a part of Proper’s new range of home compostable packaging.
A long-time fan of the handmade potato chips, Cooper was excited to create something beautiful, “There is something deliciously decadent about delving into a bag of golden Proper Crisps.”. Proper Crisps co-owner, Mina Smith said they wanted to collaborate with Cooper to bring some glamour to snacks.
Inside the striking, limited-edition packaging you’ll find locally grown potatoes sliced to perfection and hand cooked in High Oleic Sunflower Oil, lightly seasoned with high-quality Pink Himalayan Salt. Once devoured the bags can be placed directly into your bin where it will naturally decompose in 6-12 months, alleviating excess rubbish problems.
As always, Proper Crisps are gluten-free, vegan-friendly and contain no MSG or palm oil.
