AUSTRALIA | Drew Pearce has been named as the next Chief Executive Officer for RSL LifeCare, having been interim CEO since January.
The Board of RSL LifeCare has announced the appointment of Drew Pearce as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
Pearce has served as Interim CEO since January 2026 and, prior to this, spent six years as RSL LifeCare’s Chief Financial Officer.
Following a rigorous recruitment process, the Board is confident Pearce is the right leader to guide RSL LifeCare into its next chapter, bringing deep knowledge of the organisation, a strong commitment to its purpose and proven operational and financial leadership.
Throughout the selection process, Pearce demonstrated strong alignment with RSL LifeCare’s values and a clear vision for the future, including a focus on external partnerships, care for veterans and senior residents, and building strong teams through transparent leadership.
“Drew has a deep understanding of RSL LifeCare and a strong commitment to our purpose. The Board was impressed by his focus on partnership, his care for veterans and seniors, and his ability to lead with clarity through a period of change,” said Chair of the Board, Sangeeta Venkatesan.
The Board will work with Pearce to finalise executive arrangements following his move from CFO to CEO and will provide an update on leadership of the organisation’s finance team in due course.
