Now in its twelfth year, the Reader’s Digest Quality Service Awards celebrate brands that go beyond expectation, consistently earning the trust and loyalty of their customers. These awards are based entirely on independent public research, making them one of the most credible indicators of customer satisfaction in New Zealand.
Bupa Retirement Villages topped the Retirement Villages category, recognised for excellence across five key service pillars: Personalisation, Understanding the Customer, Ease, Reliability, and Satisfaction. The Reader’s Digest Quality Service Awards are based on independent research conducted by Catalyst Market Research. Thousands of New Zealand consumers are surveyed each year, rating businesses across categories including aged care, retail, banking, and services.
