This collaboration, effective immediately, lets Wavelink distribute Acredia’s modular software system to its channel network.

Acredia’s Care Direct app is central to this offering, and works seamlessly with mobile devices to deliver an holistic aged care solution that improves resident care. The app is intuitive and easy to use, supporting care workers in their daily tasks and enhancing data consistency, reporting accuracy, and staff productivity. Its simple menu system and easy-to-understand icons make it accessible to a broad range of users with minimal training required. Using near-field communication (NFC) technology, care workers can scan tags or QR codes placed at the entrance of residents’ rooms for immediate access to the resident’s profile and task lists. This technology streamlines reporting and ensures that care is delivered efficiently and accurately.
