AUSTRALIA | Arcare recently announced the winners of its annual national team member awards, known as the STARS, in anticipation of Aged Care Employee Day. These prestigious awards are dedicated to recognising and celebrating the exceptional contributions of team members who consistently go above and beyond in their roles.
The STARS awards are divided into four state-based categories: Star Carer, Star Clinician, Star Leadership, and Star Residence Services. Additionally, there is one national category, Star Service Excellence, which recognizes outstanding performance within the National Shared Services team.
Each year, families, residents, and colleagues have the opportunity to nominate team members who have made a significant impact on their lives at Arcare.
