We can all remember those special days, most often rainy days, in our household, where we’d have breakfast foods for dinner.
Pancakes, bacon, eggs, maple syrup, hash browns, and some strawberries on the side in summer is some of my secret go-to-dinners when I feel like something a bit different at the end of the day.
Most of what I liked most about these back to front days was that it broke up the idea of set food groups for different meals, and we felt that we were really doing something out of the box. It’s interesting, but it was like a secret vice!
